Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or organisation per workspace; team access is granted through workspace membership.
Plans and limits
Each plan allows a set number of products (projects). Exceeding your plan limit blocks creating new products until you upgrade. Paid plans renew until cancelled and are non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.
Connected accounts
You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for everything published through GrowthPilot and for complying with each platform's own terms. GrowthPilot publishes only content you approve.
AI output
Recommendations, drafts and forecasts are generated assistance, not guarantees. Review every output before acting on it. GrowthPilot labels data as real, manual, inferred or hypothesis and never presents estimates as measured results.
Acceptable use
Do not use GrowthPilot for spam, deceptive advertising, scraping protected data, or content that violates law or platform policy. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page.
