Who we are

GrowthPilot is a growth operating system that helps product teams plan, approve and publish marketing work. This policy explains what we store and how you can remove it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace content you enter: products, offers, funnels, experiments, content assets and notes.
• Connected social accounts: the account name, handle, profile picture, follower count and an encrypted access token for each account you explicitly authorize.
• Published post results and public engagement metrics returned by the platform you posted to.

How we use it

Your content is used to generate growth recommendations, drafts and reports inside your own workspace. Connected account credentials are used only to read the metrics you asked for and to publish posts you approved. We never sell your data, and we never post without an approval action from you.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level isolation per workspace. Access tokens for social accounts are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written, and are decrypted only inside server code that performs an action you requested.

Meta platform data

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we store the account identifier, display details and an encrypted Page access token. We request only the permissions needed to list your Pages, read their insights and publish content you approved. Revoking GrowthPilot in your Facebook settings triggers our deauthorization endpoint, which deletes those stored credentials and account links automatically.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any channel at any time from the Channels page, which deletes its stored credentials immediately. To request deletion of data linked to your Facebook account, use Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → GrowthPilot → Remove, or see our data deletion page. To delete your entire GrowthPilot account, email support@growthpilot101.com.
